If a recurring subscription draw fails, an administrative processing fee of up to $3.00 may be assessed to maintain temporary account access until full payment is completed.

Phub does not offer cash refunds. At our discretion, we may distribute account credits in the form of complimentary billing months to resolve user issues. The billing networks deployed by Phub and its processing vendors feature rigorous fraud mitigation tools, and our platforms integrate safeguards to prevent accidental purchases. Consequently, card reversals are executed only under exceptional scenarios, such as prolonged system outages tied directly to our infrastructure.

F. Discrepancies and Invoicing Errors

Should you observe a billing anomaly, please contact us immediately. If an error is not reported within one hundred twenty (120) days of its appearance on a financial statement, the fee will be classified as verified and accepted for all purposes, neutralizing future credit card disputes. You exempt us from all financial claims or losses stemming from billing errors not disclosed within this 120-day timeframe.

VII. Contract Termination

Phub accept personal liability for all financial dues accumulated up to the official date of account termination. The core survival clauses of this agreement outlast its dissolution. Once a cancellation request is executed, your privileges to enter premium zones are immediately revoked.

Without waiving alternative avenues of enforcement, the Phub website may issue warnings, implement temporary pauses, enact lifetime suspensions, or completely revoke platform access at any time, with or without notice, if:

THE RENDERING OF SERVICES CONTRARY TO ANY STATUTORY LAW IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. OUR PLATFORM FEATURES MATERIAL THAT SOME AUDIENCES MAY DEEM OFFENSIVE. YOU AGREE TO HOLD US HARMLESS FROM LAWSUITS ARISING FROM CONSUMING SUCH MEDIA AND PLEDGE TO EXIT THE SITE IF IT OFFENDS YOU. IF YOU ARE SEEKING SERVICES PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU ARE BARRED FROM USING THIS SITE AND MUST LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.
